OUR RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased.
Need to cancel an order?
You have up to 2 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation without any charge. If you wish to cancel your order after this 4-hour window, a $15.00 cancellation fee will apply. To cancel your order, contact us at info@DynamikApparel.com with your order number as soon as possible. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
Need to make a return?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
To start a return, please contact us at info@DynamikApparel.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package, along with a return shipping address. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
The cost of return shipping will be at your expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a promotional code or automatically applied promotional code was used to provide free shipping on your order, the value of the free shipping will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount. The original shipping cost may be found on the Shipping Info Page located at the footer of the website under the Get Help Section.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Be sure to follow the return instructions carefully, including pairing the item with the correct package and label. Items that are sent with the wrong label, to the wrong address, or do not meet our return criteria will not be returned to you or refunded. We are not liable for any return packages that become lost or stolen during transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or tracking information when sending your return.
All items ending in $.48 and .98, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and "Party Wear" (such as Halloween costumes) are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned.

Item Damaged?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@DynamikApparel.com with your order number if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll assess the issue and work swiftly to resolve it. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
How do I exchange an item?
To request an exchange, please contact us at info@DynamikApparel.com with your order number. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
The most efficient method for processing an exchange is to first contact us to initiate the request. Once your exchange is approved, you may proceed with a separate purchase for the new item and then follow the detailed instructions on how to return the exchanged item.
You must send the item you wish to exchange back to our return shipping address for inspection. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement to you.
Please note that we only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items of the same item. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached in order to be eligible for exchange.
How are my refunds credited?
All refunds with a sales receipt will be credited to the purchaser's original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. How long does it take for a return to show back on my account?
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds generally take up to 14 business days to process after the item(s) have been received back to our return shipping address, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@DynamikApparel.com with your order number.
Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable, and if a promotional code or automatically applied promotional code was used to provide free shipping on your order, the value of the free shipping will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount. Additionally, we reserve the right to delay or withhold a refund until we have physically received and inspected the returned items, especially in cases where fraud is suspected.
